One of the things about the book that most impressed me was that conventional goal setting techniques not only do not work but are counter productive. I have tried those techniques in the past and they never worked for me. Thanks to you I now realize it wasn't me it was the flaw in the techniques themselves. God bless you for writing it.

Vinnie's presentation and his book are pushing me to reinforce the idea that if I truly endeavor to help people they in return will help me.

The absolute biggest impact was that I already have what I need to succeed. As a manager I worked an excess of 50 hours each week. I now measure my week with accomplishments instead of number of hours. I am finding that this is causing my number of appointments each week to improve. After all, I have what it takes to be successful - myself and a good product.

I really enjoyed the management training classes with Vinny. The agents also enjoyed their training. I know they all got something out of it because my districts appointments are up this week. They were all very motivated at our sales meeting that following Friday. It would be nice to be able to get the new agents in training classes like that more often!

I have been devouring your book. I was flying, I felt omnipotent! I had a gut feeling something great was going to happen, something clicked, one of those "peak experiences" that change you forever! I really enjoyed reading your book. I am 21, but I feel that the book is for everyone, young and old. I used to get depressed and break down, but I feel confident about my flaws now. I never thought that flaws could create confidence!

I am getting so busy with the referrals and contacts that now I have to adjust other people’s schedules to fit mine. While this has just begun and my AV is growing, I know it is nowhere near where it will be a month from now. And most of all I am helping people…. and that feels really good.

Thank you for writing "The Spirituality of Success-Getting Rich with Integrity." I only wish that you wrote it earlier because for years I have been like 93% of the people out here. I have been setting goals after goal and not realizing any of them and finally I stumbled upon your book. As a result from writing “Who am I?” I really got to see my strengths and that is what I must focus on. I know I can do it.

I just finished reading your book and I had to write and tell you how wonderful it is to have mentors like you in our world. “Awe inspiring truths” is the only way I can characterize your book. Each word and each sentence made such perfect sense – as if these are the basic building blocks of life that I have always known inside of me – and hearing it from someone so successful…well, to be honest I just can’t describe how clearly I see myself and my life now. As if the sun came out from behind the clouds and its shining right on me!

Congratulations on your book!! It is wonderful! I read half of it over the weekend, and honestly it has improved my life. My husband read it and soaked it up like a sponge. So much of what you say in there are things he has tried to tell me for years--now I get it.
